This book is a review of the 2005 AVP Women's Beach Volleyball Season. The 76 page book gives an account of each event along with a list of the top five finishers. The book includes Feature Stories of the 2005 AVP Tour as well as sections covering the Upsets, Surprise Teams and Team Disappointments. There is also a section highlighting the AVP Award recipients as well as the AVP Qualifiers. An added feature of this book is a section titled "Artie's Choice" featuring the authors selections, with some awesome photos, for his favorites in twelve different categories. The categories include Veteran, Newcomer, International Player, Hit, Block, Joust, Dive-Dig, Jumping, Announcer, Celebration, Coach, and Referee. This extremely informative beach volleyball book includes an insightful introduction from the Commissioner of the AVP, Leonard Armato. There are total of 162 Color photos of events, players and venues.
